Sam Fok circle.png

Sam Fok

Sam is co-founder and CEO of femtoAI and is on a mission to empower intelligence in every device. femtoAI develops hardware, software, and algorithms for large-scale, embedded AI inference in everyday electronics. AI value comes with scale, but scale brings price, area, and energy costs. femtoAI brings these down. The keys are locality and sparse math, which is under utilized and what femtoAI capitalizes upon. Elevating sparsity to a first class principle yields 10x reductions in area and cost and 100x improvements in energy efficiency. femtoAI’s products are already powering intelligence in products ranging from appliances to hearing aids.
