The Love & Hate screening explores two of the strongest emotions we experience. Some films may draw you into love, attraction, friendship, intimacy, and connection. Others may explore anger, rejection, fear, conflict, resentment, and emotional distance.

What makes this screening different is that you won’t know whether each film was created by a human filmmaker or with AI until the reveal. Just watch the films, experience the emotions, and decide for yourself: Who can move you more: a human or AI?

An All-Access Pass is available for all 4 sessions. Each session explores a different side of human emotion through a collection of short films.

This session focuses on Love & Hate, taking audiences through moments of closeness, attraction, conflict, rejection, and emotional struggle. It is a fun and unusual way to experience great short films while seeing how humans and AI tell stories about some of our most personal emotions.

The festival brings together filmmakers, AI creators, and film experts from around the world, but you don’t need to know anything about AI to enjoy it. Just come watch the movies, feel what you feel, and see if you can tell who or what made them.
