I confirm that I have thoroughly reviewed and strictly adhered to all the rules, terms, and conditions of the Sparknify Human vs. AI Film Festival. For human-produced films, no elements were created using AI tools, and all voices and sounds are original recordings. For AI-generated films, the entire production, including all video, voices, and sounds, was exclusively created using AI tools.*

For the film above, I confirm that I have obtained consent from all individuals or entities with ownership rights, licenses, interests (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights or distribution licenses), or other authority over the film, whose approval is necessary for its submission.*

I hereby grant Sparknify LLC an exclusive license to use any part or the entirety of the aforementioned film for exhibitions and for-profit performances during the duration of this film festival, and for promotions and marketing activities only for the purpose of this film festival.*
