Terms & Conditions for Ticket Sales

By purchasing tickets through our website, in person, or any other ways, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase & Validity

 

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser.

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, time, and venue as stated at the time of purchase.

 

2. Admission & Entry

  • Admission is subject to venue rules and regulations.
  • Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of the venue staff. Some events may restrict entry after the scheduled start time.

  • The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

  • A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented for entry. Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets will not be reissued.

 

3. Refunds & Cancellations

 

  • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
  • If an event is canceled, refunds will be provided to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Rescheduled events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

 

4. Pricing & Fees

 

  • Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Service fees, booking fees, or processing charges are non-refundable.

 

5. Personal Conduct & Liability

 

  • The ticket holder assumes all risks incidental to attending the event.
  • The organizer is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or lost/stolen belongings occurring at or in connection with the event.

  • Unauthorized commercial use of tickets (including resale, promotion, or contests) is prohibited.

 

6. Photography, Video & Media

 

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such media may be used by the organizer for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

 

7. Force Majeure

 

The organizer shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, government regulations, pandemics, or technical failures.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state/country where the event takes place.
