About the event

Join us in Palo Alto for the TALENT TAIWAN Silicon Valley Branch Opening Ceremony, celebrating the establishment of TALENT TAIWAN’s new local presence at the Startup Island TAIWAN Silicon Valley Hub.

This milestone creates a new bridge between Taiwan and one of the world’s most influential centers of technology, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The Silicon Valley branch will connect talented professionals in the Bay Area with opportunities to live, work, innovate, and build their careers in Taiwan, while helping strengthen the flow of talent and ideas between the two ecosystems.

This opening ceremony welcomes government representatives, technology and business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs, academics, global mobility professionals, media, and other influential members of the Bay Area community.

Guests will have an opportunity to meet the people behind the initiative, learn about Taiwan’s efforts to attract international professionals, including opportunities through the Taiwan Employment Gold Card, and connect with leaders who are helping build stronger ties between Silicon Valley and Taiwan.

More than the opening of a new office, this gathering marks the beginning of a stronger Silicon Valley to Taiwan talent bridge and a new local resource for professionals interested in making Taiwan part of their future.
